Delivery and Shipping

Domestic Delivery

WE NOW OFFER FREE DELIVERY ON ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS!

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking number. Deliveries within Australia usually take
3-6 business days

We also offer express delivery (1-2 business days) at a flat rate of $15.

– Please ensure your shipping address is where you will be during business hours. We send all deliveries within Australia via registered post, hence you will be required to sign upon delivery.

– We cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen deliveries.

– We will not be held responsible for any refusals of shipment, unclaimed goods and re-delivery attempt costs.

Please ensure all details are entered correctly during the checkout process.

International delivery

A $30 delivery fee will be charged on all international orders. International deliveries usually take 3-10 business days

Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties when entering countries outside Australia. We cannot be held accountable for any delays or extra fees incurred.

Exchanges

We hope you love your Jasmine Alexa purchase but if you are not 100% satisfied, we will happily exchange them and help you find the right item(s)

Please note – we do not offer exchanges or refunds on SALE items.

Contact us via email at customercare@jasminealexa.com.au if you wish to exchange your item(s)

Conditions:

– Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase

– Original Jasmine Alexa tags must remain attached

– Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed.

– Initial Jasmine Alexa invoice must be included in the parcel with the item(s) you wish to exchange

– Please hold on to the parcel tracking number once it has been sent. We cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit – Delivery expenses incurred during the exchange process are paid for at the customers own expense.

– Once we receive your package we will process the exchange immediately

– Please note exchanges can only be made if the intended item is available

Refunds

We will not provide a refund for any ‘change of mind’ purchases.

If we are unable to deliver the item you ordered, the item is faulty/damaged or the item is not what you ordered, we will gladly refund you for the total amount of your purchase item.

Please contact within 14 days of purchase date at customercare@jasminealexa.com.au for any such problems and we will provide you with all the necessary information required for a refund

If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you the price that you paid for the item(s) and the delivery costs.

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or Paypal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Jasmine Alexa, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.

If you purchased your Jasmine Alexa item(s) from a third party retailer, please take them back to the shop when the purchase was made and they will arrange your exchange or refund based upon their exchange and returns policies.
